"River Beneath the River" Intuition Circle

"Rio Abajo Rio" symbolizes the flow of what could be called "universal truth," "spiritual energy," or "creative force": the deeper well that exists beneath the surface rivers of our daily obligations.

Estes says of this river, "[It] flows over the terrain of our psyches looking for the natural hollows, the arroyos, the channels that exist in us. We become its tributaries, its basins; we are its pools, ponds, streams, and sanctuaries."

Join us as we flow with this river. Experience the deep stories of Mother Night and Women Who Run With the Wolves (texts by Jungian scholar Clarissa Pinkola Estes) with a small group of women interested in exploring the soul side of this human/animal journey.

This circle will include a focus on intuition and expression. At each session, participants will listen to a selection of work by Estes and will be invited to respond through equine connection, meditation, journaling, artistic exploration, and/or discussion. We will meet in the evenings, in proximity to our resident mare, Daisy, who will facilitate our sessions.
